Pricing Disclaimer – Physical Therapy Services
All listed Physical Therapy pricing reflects discounted rates for current aerial students and instructors only. To qualify for Aerial Recovery pricing, clients must provide proof of current aerial training or instruction (such as an active studio membership or work schedule) at the time of booking or appointment.
Clients who are not aerial students or instructors are welcome to book Physical Therapy services at a general population rate, which includes a $30+ price adjustment per session added to the listed prices.
Aerial Recovery was intentionally designed to support the aerial community with more accessible, reduced pricing. As a result, rates for the general population are higher.
Please note that Aerial Recovery is a cash-based practice. Insurance is not accepted at this time, allowing for transparent pricing and competitive rates compared to other Doctor of Physical Therapy services.
Pricing and eligibility are subject to verification and may be adjusted if requirements are not met.
4-Week Structured Training Programs
These pre-made 4-week programs are designed for individuals who want a clear, effective training plan without the need for fully personalized programming. Each program follows a structured weekly layout with progressive strength work to support common performance and aesthetic goals.
Perfect for those who want guidance, consistency, and intentional training—without the commitment of 1:1 coaching. These programs are built to be approachable, efficient, and results-driven, while still emphasizing joint health, proper mechanics, and long-term sustainability.
Great for aerialists, dancers, and general fitness clients looking to train smarter with a plan they can follow confidently.
The Booty Builder program is designed to help you build strength, shape, and power through the hips and glutes while supporting pelvic and lower-back health. Expect a mix of compound lifts, unilateral work, and targeted glute activation for balanced lower-body development.
Ideal for anyone looking to:
Increase glute strength and muscle development
Improve hip stability and lower-body power
Support jumps, climbs, inversions, and athletic movement
Build a strong foundation for performance or aesthetics
This program emphasizes smart loading and movement quality—not burnout.
This program is designed to build strong, resilient, and stable shoulders that can handle the demands of overhead work, hanging, pushing, and pulling. Training focuses on scapular control, rotator cuff strength, shoulder endurance, and balanced upper-body development.
Ideal for anyone looking to:
Improve shoulder stability and control
Reduce overuse discomfort and fatigue
Build confidence in overhead and hanging positions
Support longevity in aerial, pole, or strength training
This is not about max lifting—it’s about creating shoulders that can handle repeated load safely and efficiently.

Each method will be described in detail prior to treatment and as always, with your consent.

This is meant to supplement your manual treatment and consists of therapeutic exercises to help you recover from an injury/muscle imbalance/weakness/etc. Each therapeutic exercise program is available to anyone who has had manual assessment + treatment prior only. This is due to the examination portion required to provide you with what exercises fit your needs best. This would be equivalent to what you would expect from a normal PT session, without the 3x/week visits or supervision.

Kinesiology tape is a sturdy, stretchy tape made with a blend of cotton and nylon. It is often used to help facilitate muscle function, stabilize joints, or keep muscles from contracting improperly.
It can also be used to help decrease pain, swelling, and muscle spasms.
This service is best for those with nagging injuries who still want to be able to participate in their sport/exercise depending on the injury.
We have seen the most success with shoulder, wrist, hand, elbow, ankle and knee overuse/pain/instability.

Gua Sha translates as scraping and redness, which appears as toxins or the release of stagnant blood. Scraping or applying pressure to the skin increases circulation thus bringing more oxygen and blood flow to the region.
This scraping also releases stuck toxins and impurities allowing them to enter the bloodstream and be released. Muscle tension is also released and alleviated through this process.

Upper traps (Not entire back and neck)
Right Quadricep (Not both legs) etc.

Suction from cupping draws fluid into the treated area.
This suction force expands and breaks open tiny blood vessels (capillaries) under your skin.
Your body replenishes the cupped areas with healthier blood flow and stimulates proper and normal healing at a cellular level.
