Bring Aerial Recovery to Your Studio
Elevate your studio’s offerings—invite us to teach a workshop in your space.
-
This workshop is designed to support aerial studios in building stronger, safer, and more sustainable training environments for both instructors and students.
As a guest educator, I bring a movement-informed, evidence-based approach to warming up, conditioning, and recovery that directly complements your studio’s existing curriculum. Rather than teaching tricks or sequences, this workshop focuses on the foundation that allows aerialists to train longer, progress more efficiently, and reduce injury risk.
Participants learn how to:
Warm up with intention specific to aerial demands
Cool down and recover in ways that support tissue health and longevity
Identify common strength, mobility, and flexibility limitations that stall progress
Apply targeted conditioning strategies to unlock skills safely and effectively
Instruction is delivered through a blend of lecture-style education and guided movement, ensuring concepts are clearly understood and immediately applicable on the floor or in the air.
Value to Instructors
Enhances instructor confidence when leading warm-ups and conditioning
Provides a shared language around injury prevention and body preparation
Reduces burnout and injury among teaching staff
Supports consistent, informed programming across all class levels
Value to Students
Empowers students to train smarter, not harder
Decreases preventable overuse injuries
Improves skill acquisition by addressing physical limitations directly
Builds trust in the studio as a place that prioritizes athlete care and longevity
This workshop is appropriate for students of all levels and is especially valuable for current instructors, instructor trainees, and those pursuing teaching roles. It can be offered as a standalone educational workshop or integrated into instructor training programs.
Studios that host this workshop demonstrate a commitment to athlete safety, quality education, and long-term student retention—creating a healthier studio culture overall.

Pole Power + Conditioning is a dynamic strength training class focused on building full-body power, endurance, and control to support your pole and aerial performance. Class structure alternates between pole-based endurance work and floor-based circuits that blend weight training and calisthenics to develop functional, transferable strength.
This class is designed to improve grip stamina, pulling and pushing capacity, core stability, and lower-body strength—helping you feel stronger, more supported, and less fatigued during skills and combos. Expect purposeful conditioning that challenges you without sacrificing form or longevity.
Ideal for students looking to enhance performance, prevent burnout, and build a stronger foundation for pole training. All levels are welcome, with progressions and regressions provided.

This mobility-focused workshop is designed to support joint health, movement control, and longevity in aerial training. Whether you feel stiff and restricted or naturally flexible and hypermobile, this workshop will help you move with greater confidence, strength, and safety.
We’ll explore how to improve mobility where range is limited and how to actively control range of motion where flexibility already exists. Aerialists often fall into one of these two categories—and both require intentional, strength-based mobility to reduce injury risk and improve performance in the air.
Through a combination of education and guided movement, you’ll learn how to:
Build usable mobility without forcing end ranges
Develop strength and control through your full range of motion
Support joint stability for shoulders, hips, and spine
Train flexibility in a way that protects connective tissue
Apply mobility principles directly to aerial skills and transitions
This workshop blends movement exploration with clear explanations so you understand not just what to do, but why it matters. You’ll leave with practical tools you can immediately apply to warm-ups, cool-downs, and independent training.
Who This Is For:
• Aerialists who feel stiff, restricted, or “stuck” in certain movements
• Hypermobile aerialists seeking more control and joint stability
• Students of all levels, instructor-trainees, and instructorsWhat to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water
• Something to write with and on (optional but encouraged)Come ready to move, learn, and build mobility that supports strength, control, and longevity in the air.
